LO4: Offline edit

 



This is the offline edit of our radio show, before we added the special effects and the jingle and the advert. It shows the running order of the show and how it flows. This then tests how to flow works and if we needed to change the order to make it more professional feel to it, to make people want to listen to it. This will help in the final edit as it can help us expand our ideas and know what else we need to add, and the effects in order to make the show the best it can be.

Advert:  In one of the screenshots below it shows how I have put the audio in to a multitrack to create the different layers in the advert, so I can edit them together, overlapping the audio. I also change the tempo of the voice to improve the audio, so the voice in the advert isn't overpowering and puts people off what the advert is actually about. By adding this it means the voice is more appealing and joyful to its target audience making people want to visit the Jazz Cafe. To make sure the audio fades in to one another I turned down the volume to give it a gradual fade into the next audio giving it a professional feel.  The other screenshot shows how I have exported the advert from a WAV file to an MP3, to make the file size smaller so I can successfully add it to my blog.  Jingle: To make the jingle I imported all the audio which I knew I was going to use into a new multitrack, called jingle.
